Ultra-lux The seven self-check-in properties found at Duna by DW contain all the usual dreamer-hospitalities plus a vogue and well-appointed backyard pool. Unexpected florals by local designer Marco Toledo, bright white spaces, radiant porticos and desert accents beg you to add an extra day to your trip. And the super-fast WiFi, clean desks, and lobby-free quiet mean you can work from paradise—pausing at lunch, of course, for a four-minute walk to the beach and a mid-day Atlantic dip. Stop by the Dreamcatcher for salsa class and vegetarian snacks then drift back to Duna for an outdoor shower in the warm Caribbean sun.

San Juan’s only vegetarian hotel is located in the pristine neighborhood of Ocean Park, only 200 steps from the beach. Guests may sign up for yoga classes on the beach, join a snorkeling excursion, or opt for nature-adventure tours outside of the typical touristy options. Throughout the years Dreamcatcher received many travel awards. In 2022 it was awarded with the 'Travelers Choice Award", Tripadvisor's highest recognition.

DaDa JaJa is a nonsensical word based around the idea of the European avant-garde art movement of the early 20th century named Dada or Dadaism. The property itself consists of 4 apartments. The units DA1 and DA2, share the same design codes - a mix of vintage and modern furniture in a lofty industrial space. The units JA1 and JA2, have completely different aesthetics. Think of a desert retreat in a tropical setting with airy white polished cement walls and organically shaped built-ins with calming neutral tones - a truly unique experience where anything goes.

Wald Haus is a serene rainforest retreat at the foothills of El Yunque. With a mix of contemporary and vintage pieces, all four air conditioned bedrooms are uniquely designed with comfort in mind. A fully equipped kitchen and BBQ grill ensures delightful dinners. The oversized, sun-flooded living room features breathtaking views, a Roku TV and plenty of comfortable seating. A midcentury design pool and covered terrace with hammocks overlook the ocean. At night, make sure to gaze at the starry night sky.

Carefully restored by Stephan Watts and his partner, this 1930’s Art Deco house in the historic Santurce neighborhood boasts original creole tiles and geometric stylized ornaments typical of its era. This short-term rental home mixes modern sensibilities to create a more streamlined, clean look. The beautiful structure is also the personal home of owner Stephan Watts and is outfitted with many personal details.
